Music Grant Inc. welcomes unsolicited demo submissions from independent artists exclusively via the Independent Artist Inquiry form on our website. Submissions through any other channel will not be reviewed or responded to. For full submission requirements and legal disclosures, please refer to the instructions within the Inquiry form. If your submission aligns with our focus, we may invite you to a paid consultation.
Unsolicited Demo Submission Inquiry Overview
This page is designated for the submission of unsolicited musical works to Music Grant Inc. Artists and representatives who have not received a direct invitation may submit original material for objective evaluation. All unsolicited submissions are reviewed in accordance with rigorous industry standards. Submission does not constitute a guarantee of feedback, partnership, or service engagement, nor does it establish a contractual relationship. There is no fee to submit. All materials will be treated in confidence and assessed solely at the discretion of Music Grant Inc. Please review all terms and conditions in full prior to submission.
Submission Policy Overview
Music Grant Inc. is committed to supporting independent artists and promoting innovation within the music sector. As a music company—not a record label—we provide independent artists the opportunity to submit creative works for consideration and review.
Submission Protocol for Unsolicited Artists
Unsolicited demo submissions are accepted exclusively through the Unsolicited Demo Submission form available on our website. All artists seeking consideration must fully complete this form as directed. Submissions or materials sent via phone, mail, email, or in-person delivery are strictly prohibited and will not be reviewed under any circumstances. Any materials or inquiries submitted outside of the approved protocol will be deleted or destroyed without review and will not receive a response.
Submission Materials Requirements (Required and Voluntary)
During the submission process, the applicant—defined as an independent artist not affiliated with a record label, or a duly authorized representative acting on their behalf—must complete the Unsolicited Demo Submission form in its entirety. Applicants are not required to submit a demo recording; however, those who choose to do so may upload an unsolicited demo and may also be required to answer specific questions or provide other supporting documentation. All instructions provided within the form must be followed precisely.
Legal Notice for Unsolicited Submission
It is strongly recommended that all unsolicited independent artists and representatives consult independent legal counsel prior to submission to fully understand the legal implications of submitting creative materials. Music Grant Inc. and its affiliates are under no obligation to provide feedback, partnership, or engage in further correspondence regarding unsolicited submissions. The company and its employees assume no liability for any claims arising from submitted materials.
Telephone Inquiries and Communications
Telephone inquiries regarding demo or music submissions are strictly prohibited. This policy is enforced to maintain legal protections, operational efficiency, and the confidentiality of all parties involved. Unsolicited demos must be submitted only through the authorized channels provided.
Non-Compliance with Submission Procedures
Submissions or inquiries that do not adhere to the established protocols for unsolicited demo submissions will not be reviewed, acknowledged, or responded to under any circumstances.

NEITHER MUSIC GRANT INC., ITS AFFILIATES, NOR THEIR EMPLOYEES ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUBMISSIONS. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND APPLICANTS CONSULT WITH INDEPENDENT LEGAL COUNSEL PRIOR TO SUBMISSION TO UNDERSTAND THE LEGAL IMPLICATIONS PRIOR TO SUBMISSION
