• (13) Acts of uploading or posting obvious mischief or meaningless material (including blank posting, enumeration of meaningless characters, and continuous posting of actually same contents) or postings of them.

• (14) Acts or postings of political and religious controversies or that provoke or incite them.

• (15) Acts or postings that are, or likely to be, contrary to public order and morals.

• (16) Other acts or postings that Music Grant deems inappropriate in accordance with the above items.

2. If it is found that your acts or postings violate the prohibitions listed above, Music Grant may block your account, delete or hide your comments.

3. If it is found that your acts or postings are malicious or likely to violate or conflict the terms and conditions of the social media platform or applicable laws, Music Grant may report them to providers of the social media platforms and public agencies.

1. Music Grant and Music Grant Inc. Companies provide no guarantee with respect to the accuracy, up-to-dateness, completeness, or legality of all information in the Official Social Media Pages, including contents of postings there.

2. Music Grant and Music Grant Inc. Companies provide no guarantee that they continue the operation of the Official Social Media Pages in the future. Music Grant and Music Grant Inc. Companies may change or terminate the Official Social Media Pages and the posting function on the Official Social Media Pages without prior notice.

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the Official Social Media Pages shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, West District, Beverly Hills, in the first instance.
